New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi, is expected to announce the Class 10 & Class 12 Exam 2011 results, this month. Once declared, the results will be available at http://cbseresults.nic.in.
This year, CBSE had decided to replace marks with grades in Class X. With the introduction of grade system the level of stress and anxiety among students as well as parents seems to be minimal. As per sources, after the declaration of Class X results tentatively on May 20, 2011, students will get to know their grades in each subject, plus the grade point and the Cumulative Grade Point Average.
Sources have informed that approximately 8 lakh students have appeared for Class XII examinations and almost 11 lakh have appeared for the Class X exams, with almost 6 lakh opting for Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation or CCE.
