How to Apply
Interested candidates may obtain the application form as well as prospectus for the course through the following modes:
1) Against a payment at the post offices ( HO Barsar, HO Bilaspur, HO Chamba, HO Dehra, HO Dharamshala, HO Hamirpur, HO Kangra, HO Keylong, HO Kullu, HO Mandi, HO Nahan, HO Palampur/ Post office University Campus, Palampur, HO Rampur, HO Rekongpea, HO Solan, HO Sundernagar, GPO Shimla, HO Una)
(a) Rs 800 for General, Rs 400 for SC/ST
(b) BVSC & AH – Rs 1200 for General & Rs 800 for SC/ST (inclusive of entrance fee)
2) From the Assistant Registrar (Acad.) by post by sending Account payee bank draft drawn in favour of Comptroller, CSKHPKV, Palampur on SBI, HPAU, Palampur (Code No.3632) along with a self addressed envelope of size 30X25 cm.
(a) Rs 830 for General and Rs 430 for SC/ST
(b) BVSC & AH – Rs 1230 for General & Rs 830 for SC/ST candidates (inclusive of entrance fee)
Note: 1. Fee for applying Payment/Self Financing seat Rs 1200.
2. Handling charges of Rs 50 will be charged extra by the post office.

However, the cost of the prospectus in the form of Bank Draft must be remitted along with the admission form. An application form not accompanied by prescribed cost of prospectus shall not be entertained. The duly filled in application should be sent to the office of “The Assistant Registrar (Academics), CSK HP Krishi Vishvavidyalaya, Palampur, Kangra (HP) – 176062” latest by the last date mentioned (With or without late fee).
