How to Apply
Interested candidates may obtain the application form free ofcost from research cell. However, one can download from the University’s official website: www.kgmcindia.edu. The processing fee is Rs 250 which is to be paid in the form of DD. The DD should be drawn in favour of “KGMU-PhD program A/C 1038401” payable at Lucknow. The duly filled in application form along with the DD should be submitted in person or post to the faculty in-charge, research cell, administrative block, CSM Medical University UP, Lucknow-226003 latest by July 18, 2011 (up to 5.00 pm).
