How to Apply
Interested candidates can download the application form from the official website: http://www.fmsc.ac.in/. The downloaded application form, completed in all respects should be submitted along with a DD to the to the office of the Deputy Registrar, Faculty of Medical Sciences, 6th Floor, V P Chest Institute Building, University of Delhi, Delhi-110007. Candidates can also obtain the application form and information bulletin in person from the office of the Deputy Registrar, Faculty of Medical Sciences, 7th Floor, V P Chest Institute Building, University of Delhi, Delhi-110007 against a Bank Draft/Banker's Cheque drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favor of the Registrar, University of Delhi’ payable at Delhi. Candidates can also obtain the same through post by sending a request along with a Bank Draft/Banker's Cheque of Rs 800 for General and OBC category and Rs 600 for SC/ST/PH category, and with a self addressed envelope of 12*10.
