Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), New Delhi, has announced to extend the date of receiving application form for admission into MSW-NE (Master of Social Work - NE) programme, till July 25, 2011. The programme will be offered at its affiliated centre namely the Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Education & Development (MGIED), Nagaland.
Candidates desirous of seeking admission to MSW-NE programme (Residential and Face to Face) at village Chuchuyimlang for the session 2011-13 can apply till July 25, 2011. The interview for selection of candidates is scheduled to be held on July 29, 2011 at Guwahati.
The minimum eligibility prescribed for admission is a graduate in any discipline. Those candidates who have appeared for the graduation final exam this year, and whose results are awaited, may also apply. However, their admission will be provisional, and will be subject to regularisation after the declaration of result in Pass Grade by October 2011.
