Interested candidates may obtain the application forms from the sales counter of IGNOU Headquarters, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi, Regional Centres located in the NCT of Delhi and from SOSW office, IGNOU Headquarters. The same can also be downloaded from the University’s website: http://www.ignou.ac.in/. One can get a copy of the prospectus through post by sending a DD of Rs 550. The candidates, who wish to submit the downloaded form, need to attach a DD of Rs 500 drawn in favour of IGNOU payable at Delhi.
