Interested candidates can download the prescribed application form and detailed information regarding the abovementioned programmes from the institute's official website: http://www.iiitdmj.ac.in/. The application fee is Rs. 200 for General/OBC candidates and Rs. 100 for SC/ST candidates, which should be paid in the form of DD drawn in favor of the Registrar, PDPM IIITDM Jabalpur, payable at Jabalpur, issued by any nationalized bank. The duly filled in application form, along with the DD, should be submitted latest by the November 18, 2011.
