Candidates, who are appearing for CAT-2011 during October 22 to November 18, 2011, are required to do the following.

Applicants are required to fill the relevant circle for IIML FPM admissions in the CAT-2011 Registration Performa under Applications to programmes of IIMs/Non-IIMs, and download the separate Application Form for IIML FPM admissions from the official website of IIM- Lucknow: http://www.iiml.ac.in/. A candidate is eligible to submit applications to a maximum of two areas. In such cases, two sets of the application form, one for each area, with all supporting documents (including copies of mark sheet and certificates of all public examinations starting from 10th, experience certificate, relevant score card, age proof, etc) attached separately with each form may be sent together in one envelop. The completed application forms along with a draft of Rs 500 (Rs 250 for SC/ST candidates) drawn in favor of IIM Lucknow payable at Lucknow should be sent to the following address. The application form can also be obtained from the office on request. Such requests along with a draft of Rs. 500 (Rs 250 in case of SC/ST) must reach the following address on or before January 31, 2012.
