Interested candidates can download the application form from the institute's official website: http://iisertvm.ac.in/. The application fee is Rs 200 (Rs 100 for SC/ST candidates) which is to be paid in the form of DD drawn in favor of Registrar, Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Thiruvananthapuram. The duly filled in application form along with the DD should be sent to the Dean (Academics), Application for the PhD programme at the School (whichever applicable), Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Thiruvananthapuram, Computer Science Building, CET Campus, Engineering College PO, Thiruvananthapuram – 695016, Kerala, latest by September 30, 2011. For further details regarding admission and application procedures candidates are requested to visit the institute's aforementioned official website.
