The requisite documents needed to be enclosed with the completely filled form are the copy of mark sheets/Grade cards (from 12th standard onwards) and copy of the GATE score/UGC-NET/CSIR-UGC, whichever is applicable. The duly filled application along with the requisite documents should be sent in an envelope heading “M.Tech Application”. The application envelope has to be sent to “Assistant Registrar (Academics), Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar, VGEC Campus, Visat-Gandhinagar Highway, Chandkheda, Ahmedabad – 382424” latest by April 15, 2011.
