The Indian Institute of Technology Joint Entrance Examination (IIT-JEE) 2011 counseling for admission into the Preparatory Course at zonal IITs is scheduled today, i.e. on July 18, 2011 (Monday).
Candidates can get all the information regarding the counseling date / schedule by visiting the official website i.e. http://www.jee.iitk.ac.in/JCOP/. Moreover, candidates are instructed that the online filling of choices can be done only after the payment is made.
As per sources, the organizing Institute of JEE 2011 organized a third round of counselling in order to ensure that few seats remain unoccupied. Their aim was to fill all available and vacant seats in IITs, IT-BHU. In the third round, 291 new candidates have been allotted seats. The total seat after the third round of counselling is 9304.
