Candidates can also obtain the prospectus and application form from various offices of the institute (list available at: http://www.isical.ac.in/~deanweb/ADMISSION%20NOTICE12011DeanF.pdf) by paying Rs 450 (Rs 225 for reserved category in all programmes except Junior Research Fellowship) in cash. One can also obtain the same through post by sending a Bank Draft drawn in favor of Indian Statistical Institute payable at Kolkata.
