The duly filled application form along with a DD of Rs 350 drawn in favor of the Finance Officer, Karnatak University, Dharwad payable at Dharwad should be submitted to the concerned Chairperson of the department. Candidates can also obtain the application form in person from the Syndicate Bank, Karnatak University Campus, Dharwad-580 003 by paying Rs 350 in cash. One can also obtain the application form through post by sending a DD of Rs 385 drawn in favor of the Finance Officer, Karnatak University, Dharwad along with a self-addressed envelope of size 10 * 3. Candidates must write Application for Admission to M Phil Programme on top of the envelope containing the request and DD.
