University of Lucknow, also known as Lucknow University, Uttar Pradesh, has issued notification for admission into Doctor of Medicine (MD) (Ayurveda) programme, offered in the upcoming academic session 2011.

How to apply
Interested candidates may obtain the application form as well as prospectus in person from the State Ayurveda College and Hospital, Lucknow, against a payment of Rs 1500 (Rs 1000 for SC/ST candidates). The respective amount for application form should be paid in the form of DD/Banker's Cheque drawn in favour of Principal, State Ayurveda College and Hospital, Lucknow. One can also get the application through post by sending requisition along with the prescribed payment option (Rs 50 is to be paid extra as postal charges). The duly filled in application form along with requisite enclosure documents (list given on the University's official website: http://www.lkouniv.ac.in/) should be submitted to Office,State Ayurveda College and Hospital, Lucknow, Tulsidas Marg, Turiya Ganj, Lucknow- 226004 latest by August 20, 2011 (till 5.00pm) through Registered or Speed Post only.
