National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR), Pune, Maharashtra, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into the following full-time on-campus courses, to be offered in the upcoming session 2012. Admission will be made on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the admission test, followed by group discussion (GD) and personal interview (PI), to be conducted by the Institute.

- Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Advanced Construction Management (PGP ACM): Offered from Pune, Hyderabad and Goa Campuses
- Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Project Engineering and Management (PGP PEM): Offered from Pune Campus
- Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management (PGP REUIM): Offered from Pune Campus
- Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Infrastructure Finance, Development & Management (PGP IFDM): Offered from Pune Campus
- One Year Post Graduate Programme in Quantity Surveying (PGP QS): Offered from Hyderabad Campus
- One Year Post Graduate Programme in Health, Safety and Environment Management (PGP HSEM): Offered from Hyderabad Campus

How to Apply
Interested candidates may obtain the prospectus & application form for all the courses from any office of NICMAR on payment of Rs. 1400 for one programme or Rs. 2100 (for more than one programme). The payment should be in the form of DD drawn in favour of NICMAR, Pune. One can also download the prescribed application form (individually, whichever is required) from the Institute’s official website: http://www.nicmar.ac.in/. The duly filled in application form, along with the DD of prescribed amount (only in case of downloaded application form) and other requisite documents, should be submitted latest by December 9, 2011.
