NII Delhi PhD Programme 2012 Admission

National Institute of Immunology (NII), New Delhi, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into PhD (Doctor of Philosophy) programme, to be offered in the upcoming academic session 2012-13. The programme is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Admission will be made on the basis of the candidates' performance in the written test, followed by interview to be conducted by the Institute.

The test will be conducted on February 19, 2012.

How to Apply
Interested candidates are required to apply through online application made available on the Institute's official website: http://www.nii.res.in/. Application fee is Rs 1000 (Rs 500 in case of SC/ST candidates, provided relevant documentary proof is enclosed) which is to be paid in the form of DD drawn in favour of ‘Director, National Institute of Immunology’, payable at Canara Bank, Jit Singh Marg, New Delhi. After submitting the online application form as per the instructions, one must take the printout of the auto-generated admit card form and application receipt.
 
The hardcopy (printout) of the online receipt and admit card form, along with requisite enclosure documents (list given in the website), should be sent to ‘ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER, NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF IMMUNOLOGY, ARUNA ASAF ALI MARG, NEW DELHI - 110067’ latest by November 30, 2011. The application form should be sent in an envelope with the heading Application for PhD Admission-2012’. For more information regarding admission, eligibility criteria and application procedure, candidates are requested to visit the Institute's aforementioned official website.
