Nizam's Institute of Medical Science (NIMS), Hyderabad, has issued notification for admission into M Ch (Cardiothoracic-Surgery) programme, offered in the upcoming session 2011. The admission will be made on the basis of candidate’s performance in the entrance test conducted by NIMS.

How to apply
Interested candidates need to submit both soft and hard copies of the application form. One can avail the application form on NIMS’s official website: http://www.nims.edu.in/. The application form may be downloaded and filled online using dropdown lists wherever applicable. Candidates must take the printout of the completed application form and should sign it along with the self attested photograph. The application fee is Rs 2000 which is to be paid in the form of DD drawn in favour of the Director, Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences or NIMS cash receipt. The duly filled in application form along with the DD and necessary enclosure (list given on the website) should be submitted in person or sent through post to the Associate Dean, Aptitude Testing, 1st floor, Millenium Block, Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences, Punjagutta, Hyderabad- 500 082, Andhra Pradesh’ latest by July 29, 2011.
The duly filled in application form also needs to be submitted online by clicking “Submit by Email” button on the Application form. Candidates must be careful that there are two options of submitting the form on line – either by MS Outlook/Outlook Express or by other Email services such as Gmail, Yahoo, and Hotmail etc. If MS Outlook/Outlook Express is chosen you will be directly taken to the mail dialogue box with the form pre]attached. However, if other Email services are chosen, you will be asked to save the form first. Candidate will have to save the filled in form as a .xml file with a file name “your family name”_”DM/MCh”_”Name of the Course” ( e.g. :”kota_MCh_urology” where kota is a family name) and send the file as an attachment by your default email service to adatnims@gmail.com. Note:
- The candidate must write his/her name and the course applied for on the back side of the Bank Draft/NIMS Cash receipt. Application fee is non-refundable even if the application is summarily rejected.
- Please note that all the columns in the Application form require to be filled in. Incomplete Application forms will be summarily rejected.
