University of Rajasthan (UOR), also known as Rajasthan University, in Jaipur, has invited applications for admission into various disciplines of MPhil (Master of Philosophy) and PhD (Doctorate of Philosophy) programmes, to be offered in the upcoming session 2011. Admission is done of the basis of the candidate’s performance in the written entrance test Uniraj - MPAT 2011. However, candidates who have qualified UGC/CSIR NET/SLET (conducted by Rajasthan State only)/GATE/Teacher fellowship holder will be exempted from the test.

How to Apply
Interested candidates are required to apply online by logging into the university’s official website: http://www.uniraj.ac.in/. Application/test fee is given below which should be paid in the form of DD drawn in favor of Registrar, UOR, Jaipur.

- Rs. 1500 (MPAT candidates; submission within due date)
- Rs. 2000 (MPAT candidates; late admission)
- Rs. 500 (MPAT exempted candidates)
After submitting the online application form, candidates must take the printout of the submitted form. The duly acknowledged application forms, along with requisite documents (details given on the website), should be submitted to Convener, Uniraj-MPAT-2011, Room No. 25, Vigyan Bhawan, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, latest by the last date mentioned below.
