How to Apply
Interested candidates need to apply on-line by logging on to the RUHS’s official website: http://www.ruhsraj.org/ and carefully filling in the required details according to the instruction booklet given on the website. After submitting the on-line application form, candidate must take the printout of the application form submitted on-line, on A4 size paper. Also take the printout of the address template (available on the website) which is to be pasted on the A4 size envelope for sending the printout of on-line application form.
Candidate must paste his/her unattested coloured photograph (taken after 01.01.2011) having date and name on it, at the space provided on the printout of on-line application form and sign in the prescribed space. The original DD of Rs 750 (processing fee) drawn in the favour of “Registrar, Rajasthan University of Health Sciences” payable at Jaipur and enclosures (given on the website) should be attached to the printout of the application form. The application form along with DD and enclosure documents should be submitted in person/ by registered or speed post to the office of the Convener, RCA Pharmacy 2011 at the following address latest by July 5, 2011 till 5.00pm.
