Candidates can also obtain the application form from the institute office at Nerul, Navi Mumbai. Application forms are also available at selected learning centers (list available at the aforementioned website). Cost of application form for one programme is Rs 1400, for two programmes Rs 2500 and for three programmes Rs 3500. Candidates can pay the cost of application form either in cash or through draft drawn in favor of SIES College of Management Studies, payable at Mumbai.
