Tata Memorial Centre, Tata Memorial Hospital in Mumbai, Maharashtra, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into the following disciplines of DM (Doctor of Medicine)/ M Ch (Master of Surgery) Programme, offered in the upcoming session 2011. The admission will be made on the basis of candidate’s performance in the Common admission test conducted by the Tata Memorial Center.

How to Apply
Interested candidates need to log on to the centre’s official website: http://tmc.gov.in/ and fill in the online application form following the instructions given. Candidate must take the printout of the completely submitted online application form and send it along with the examination fee in the form of DD of Rs 5000. The DD should be drawn in favour of “Director- Tata Memorial Centre”. The duly completed hardcopy of the application form should be accompanied with attested copies of all the documents listed on the website. Duly filled application form along with DD and necessary enclosures should be mailed to the office of the Director- Academics, TMC latest by June 14, 2011 up to 5.00pm. The form should be sent in an envelope superscripted “APPLICATION FOR DM/M Ch COURSE”.
