Candidates can also obtain the application form and prospectus from the Office of Vels University, Chennai or from designated branches of Axis Bank (list available at: http://www.velsuniv.ac.in/Axis-Bank-Branches.pdf) on payment of Rs 500 in cash. One can also obtain the application form through post by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope along with a DD of Rs 550 drawn in favor of the Registrar, Vels University payable at Chennai. The duly filled application form along with a DD of Rs 300 (entrance exam fee) drawn in favor of the Registrar, Vels University payable at Chennai should be submitted to the Registrar, Vels University, Velan Nagar, PV Vaithiyalingam Road, Pallavaram, Chennai 600 117, Tamil Nadu.
