All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, has invited applications from eligible candidates to register for Common Management Admission Test 2013-14, also known as CMAT (First Test). AICTE has recently launched the National level CMAT for facilitating institutions to select suitable students for admission in all management programmes approved by AICTE since 2012-13. The test will be conducted twice a year.
Date of Exam
The computer based test will be held from September 27, 2012 to October 1, 2012 as per the below mentioned time schedule:
- 9.30 am - 12.30 pm
- 2.30 pm - 5.30 pm

How to Apply
Interested candidates are required to apply online by filling in the online registration form to be made available on the website: http://www.aicte-cmat.in/, from August 3, 2012 onwards. The test fee is Rs 1200 + bank charges applicable (for General / OBC candidates) and Rs 600 + Bank Charges as applicable (for SC / ST / PD candidates). The fee can either be paid online through Net Banking / Credit / Debit Card or through Challan generated online and cash deposited in any branch of State Bank of India. The last date to fill the online registration form is September 2, 2012.
