Centre for Development of Advanced Computing, also known as C-DAC, Pune, Maharashtra, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into the following PG Diploma (IT Training) programmes, to be offered in the ensuing session commencing from August 2012. Admission will be made on the basis of Common Admission Test (CAT), to be conducted by C-DAC on the below mentioned date.

How to Apply
Interested candidates may apply online by filling up the online application form made available on the official website of C-DAC: http://www.cdac.in/ or http://acts.cdac.in/. One must upload his / her recent passport-size photograph while filling up the application form. In addition, one has to pay an application fee of Rs 500 and additional Rs 100 as programme fee i.e. Rs 600 for a single programme. In case candidates are desirous to apply for more than one programme, an extra Rs 100 has to be paid for each additional programme. The application fee can be paid through any of the below mentioned procedures:
- Through Credit / Debit Card: Candidates can pay the application fee by using their credit / debit card through the “Online” payment gateway.
- Through Demand Draft: Candidates can obtain a Demand Draft of requisite amount (as per above) drawn on any nationalized bank in favor of ‘C-DAC Training’, payable at Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh.
After filling up the details and submitting the application form online, one has to take a printout of the downloaded form and send it to C-CAT Coordinator, C-DAC, Nalanda Building, No. 1 Shivabagh, Satyam Theatre Road, Ameerpet, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh - 500 016, on or before the below mentioned last date of submission. One must attach the DD of requisite amount with the application form in case of payment of application fee through DD. For further information regarding admission, eligibility criteria, and application procedure, one can visit the abovementioned website of C-DAC.
Note:
- Candidates have to pay an extra Rs 25 as processing fee in case of paying the application fee through DD.
- Candidates are advised to write their full name / Form No / E-mail id / Contact Number on the reverse side of the Demand Draft.
- Admit Cards for the first phase of C-CAT i.e. June 17, 2012, will be available for downloading from the website from 14 June 2012 onwards, whereas for the second phase i.e. July 1, 2012, the admit cards can be downloaded from June 27, 2012 onwards.
