How to Apply
Interested candidates may obtain the application form from Calcutta University sales counter of College Street Campus for admission, on payment of Rs 30 for General and Rs 15 for SC / ST / PH candidates. Applications can also be downloaded from the University’s official website: http://www.caluniv.ac.in/. The direct link to download the same is: http://www.caluniv.ac.in/admission%20notice/Form-Home-Sc.pdf. However, in such a case, necessary application fee (as mentioned above) for each application is to be deposited in cash at CU cash counter through CU Cash Challan at the time of submission of application forms. Single application form is to be used for admission to both (Hons) courses.
Separate application should be used for admission to Hons and General course(s). The duly filled-in and completed application form along with all requisite enclosures (attested copies of Madhyamik Admit Card & HS Mark-sheet) should be submitted in the office of the Secretary, Department of Home science, CU, V L College Campus at 20B Judges Court Road, Alipore, Kolkata - 700027 (from 11.00 am to 2.00 pm & 3.00 pm to 4.00 pm), latest by June 15, 2012. Mark Sheet in original should be shown during submission of forms.
