Department of Journalism and Mass Communication, University of Calcutta, also known as Calcutta University, Kolkata, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into one-year Post Graduate (PG) Diploma in Mass Communication, to be offered in the ensuing academic session 2012-13. Admission will be made on the basis of candidate's performance in the admission test, to be conducted by the University department.

How to Apply
Interested candidates may obtain the prescribed application forms from the Calcutta University Sales Counter on payment of Rs 200. In addition, application form can also be downloaded from the University’s official website: http://www.caluniv.ac.in/. The direct link to download the same is: http://www.caluniv.ac.in/admission%20notice/pg-masscom/form-pg-masscomm.pdf. However, downloaded application forms should be submitted along with CU Challan as the proof of payment of application fee (Rs 200). The duly filled in and completed application form, along with all requisite enclosure documents (detailed list given on the website), should be sent to the office of the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication, University of Calcutta, Kolkata, latest by August 31, 2012.
