How to Apply
Interested candidates may obtain the prospectus containing application form from the University counters at Korapur and Bhubaneswar, against cash payment of Rs 300 (Rs 200 for SC / ST / PH candidates). In addition, one can also get the same through post by sending requisition along with a DD of the prescribed amount. The duly filled-in and completed application form, along with all requisite enclosures, should be submitted latest by June 17, 2012.
