Interested candidates can obtain the application form and prospectus in person from the institute against cash payment / DD of Rs 350 from May 9, 2012 onwards. The same can also be downloaded from the official website of Centre for Computer Studies of Dibrugarh University: http://www.ccsdu.org/. The duly filled-in application form should be submitted at the Centre for Computer Studies, Dibrugarh University, latest by June 30, 2012. In case of downloaded application form, it must be accompanied with a DD of Rs 350 drawn in favor of Registrar, Dibrugarh University, payable at State Bank of India, Dibrugarh University Branch (Code - 2051).
