Directorate of Art (DOA), Maharashtra, has invited applications from eligible candidates to register for Maharashtra Applied Arts and Crafts Common Entrance Test 2012, also known as MH-AAC-CET-2012. MH-AAC-CET-2012 is being conducted in order to select eligible candidates for admission into the first year of four year full-time degree course in Bachelor of Fine Arts, to be offered in Govt. Institutes / colleges and AICTE approved Un-Aided colleges in the Maharashtra state in the ensuing session 2012.

MH-AAC-CET 2012 is scheduled to be held on June 6, 2012 (from 10.30 am to 4.40 pm).

How to Apply
Interested candidates may obtain the information brochure from ARCs (Application Receipt Centers, details about ARCs given on the website: http://174.120.248.11/ or http://174.120.248.11/bfa12/uploads/notification2.pdf), against a payment of Rs 150 in cash. Information brochure is also made available on the Directorate's official website: http://174.120.248.11/ for browsing, printing and downloading. The application form processing fee (as given below) is to be paid in the form of DD / pay order of Nationalized / scheduled / private sector commercial bank, drawn in favour of Director, Directorate of Art MS, payable at Mumbai. (No other mode of payment shall be accepted).
Application form processing fee:
- For all candidates (except backward class category candidates belonging to Maharashtra state) - Rs 1100
- For all backward class category candidates belonging to Maharashtra State - Rs 800
