How to Apply
Interested candidates may obtain the prescribed application form from any of the following modes:
- One can get the application form from the University's office on payment of Rs 500 (for super-specialty programmes Rs 1000) in cash or DD.
- Application can be obtained through post by sending a requisition letter with name of the course, opted for, detailed correspondence address with contact no. and email address, along with a DD of Rs 600 (for super-specialty programmes Rs 1100). The DD should be drawn in favor of Register, Dr. D.Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, payable at Pune.
- Candidates can also download the prescribed application form from the University's official website: http://www.dpu.edu.in/. The downloaded form shall be submitted along with a DD covering Form Fee + Test Fee + Postage Rs 100.
