Gobind Ballabh (GB) Pant Hospital, New Delhi, has invited applications from eligible Indian candidates for admission into two year Diploma in Clinical Neurophysiology Technology (DCNT) course, to be offered in the upcoming academic session 2012-13. Admission to the course will be made through a selection committee duly constituted by the Director, GBPH, New Delhi. Selection will be strictly according to the merit, based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination.

How to Apply
Interested candidates are required to send application in the prescribed format preferably typed on A4 size paper. Application form should be supported by attested photocopies of date of birth certificates (SSC certificate), educational qualification / technical qualification, supported by appropriate mark sheets and certificates, caste certificate for SC / ST, experience certificate (if any), NOC from current employer (if applicable), and a self-addressed envelop with stamps worth Rs 30. The duly filled in and completed application form (a recent colour passport size photograph duly attested by a Gazetted Officer affixed in the specified space), along with other requisite enclosures, should be sent to the Medical Superintendent, G B Pant Hospital, J L N Marg, New Delhi - 110002, through registered / speed post, latest by July 16, 2012 (before 4.00 pm).
