Indira Gandhi Institute of Physical Education & Sports Sciences (IGIPESS), New Delhi, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into the below mentioned Undergraduate (UG) and Post Graduate (PG) programmes, to be offered in the ensuing session 2012. Admission will be made on the basis of written test merit, followed by plating ability, medical examination and personal interview, to be conducted by the institute.

- Bachelor of Physical Education (B P Ed)

B Sc (PEHE & S) - June 15, 2012 (9.30 am)
B P Ed - June 22, 2012 (12.00 pm)
M P Ed - June 22, 2012 (9.00 am)
Note: Counseling will be conducted by respective admission committee to clarify doubts regarding admission as per the following schedule:
B Sc (PEHE & S) - June 13, 2012 from 10.00 am to 11.00 am (in Room No. 5)
B P Ed / M P Ed - June 21, 2012 10.00 am to 11.00 am (in Room No. 5)

How to Apply
Interested candidates may obtain the application form on all working days between 10.00 am and 5.00 pm from IGIPESS, B - Block, Vikaspuri, New Delhi - 110 018, by paying an application fee of Rs 175 in cash. One can obtain the same by post on sending a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs 200 drawn in favor of IGIPESS-Admission Account-UG, payable at New Delhi. In addition, one can also download the application form from the official website of IGIPESS: http://igipess.du.ac.in/. Candidates have to deposit an entrance test fee for the programmes as per below:
- B Sc (PEHE & S) - Rs 550 (Rs 300 for SC / ST candidates)
- B P Ed - Rs 650 (Rs 350 for SC/ST candidates)
- M P Ed - Rs 700 (Rs 400 for SC/ST candidates)
The duly filled-in application form or printout of the downloaded form along with all requisite documents (mentioned in the application form) must be sent to IGIPESS, B - Block, Vikaspuri, New Delhi - 110 018, on or before the below mentioned last date of submission of application form. Note:
- Entrance test fee can be paid only through Demand Draft drawn in favor of IGIPESS-Admission Account-UG, payable at New Delhi.
