- For the programs, M Phil in Computational Linguistics and PhD in Computational Linguistics (for Linguistics, Language and social science background) entrance will NOT be through PG Entrance Examination (only the applications will be through the PG Portal).
- For the PhD, Cognitive Science, Exact Humanities programmes the entrance examination will NOT be through PG Entrance Examination (only the applications will be through the PG Portal).

How to Apply
Interested candidates can apply online by visiting the institute's official website: http://www.iiit.ac.in/. Candidates are required to fill two registration forms i.e. Pre-Registration Form and Main Registration Form. The application fee is Rs 1000 for one programme and Rs 50 additional for each additional programme (if applying). The application fee can be paid either through credit card or in the form of DD drawn in favor of IIIT, Hyderabad.
Candidates paying the amount through DD must write application number along with their name on the reverse side of it. The DD should be submitted to the Chairman, PG Admissions, IIIT, Gachibowli, Hyderabad-500032, Andhra Pradesh. The application formalities should be completed latest by the last dates mentioned below. For any further details, candidates are requested to visit the institute's aforementioned official website.
