Interested candidates may obtain the application forms through post (FPM Office, IIM Vastrapur, Ahmedabad - 380015) by sending a DD of Rs 500 drawn in favour of Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, payable at Ahmedabad. One can also download the application form from IIM's official website: http://www.iimahd.ernet.in/. The downloaded application should accompany the DD drawn in the prescribed format towards application fee. The duly filled-in application form along with the DD (in the case of downloaded form) and other enclosure documents (list given on the website) should be submitted latest by November 30, 2012.
