Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Pune, Maharashtra, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into PhD (Doctorate of Philosophy) programme in the following areas of basic science, to be offered in the ensuing session commencing from January 2013. Candidates will first be short-listed by the selection committee; however, the final selection will be made on the basis of their (short-listed candidates) performance in the written test / interview, to be conducted by the Institute.
