Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras (Chennai), Tamil Nadu, has invited applications for Humanities & Social Sciences Examination 2013, popularly known as HSEE. HSEE 2013 is being conducted by IIT Madras in order to select eligible candidates for admission into the following disciplines of five years integrated Master of Arts (MA) programme, to be offered in the ensuing session 2013.

How to Apply
Interested candidates are required to apply online by filling in the online application form by visiting the website: http://hsee.iitm.ac.in. The examination fee is Rs 1600 (Rs 800 for SC / ST / PD / fee exempted for female candidates). After filling the online application form, candidates are required to pay the fee through the Indian Bank Challan (generated online). In addition, a processing fee of Rs 10 will be charged by the bank (for Challan). However, the examination fee should be paid in the form of DD drawn in favor of “IIT Madras HSEE-2013”, payable at Chennai (the bank charges are to be borne by the candidates).
After successfully submitting the online application form, one must take a printout of the same, affix his / her color photograph and get it signed at the specified space. The duly acknowledged and complete application form along with all requisite enclosure documents (detailed list mentioned on the website) should be sent to the Chairman, HSEE-2013, JEE Office, IIT Madras, Chennai-600036, latest by January 28, 2013 (up to 5.00 pm).
