Indian Maritime University (IMU), Chennai campus, Tamil Nadu, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into B Tech (Bachelor of Technology) (Marine Engineering) programme, to be offered in the session commencing from September 2012. Admission will be made on the basis of candidate’s performance in the Special Admission Test (SAT) - September 2012, to be conducted by the University.

How to Apply
Interested candidates are required to download the prescribed application form from the University's official website: http://www.imu.tn.nic.in/. The direct link to download the same is: http://www.imu.tn.nic.in/sat/forma.pdf. The application fee is Rs 800 (Rs 450 in case of SC / ST candidates) which can be paid using bank Challan which can be downloaded from the website. The duly filled-in and completed application form, along with all requisite enclosure documents and proof of fee payment, should be submitted latest by September 3, 2012.
