University of Jammu, also known as Jammu University, Jammu, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into Certificate Course in Global Understanding, to be offered in the session commencing from September 2012. The course is being offered in collaboration with East Caroline University, USA. However, other participating Universities are: China Agricultural University (CAU) - Beijing, China, & University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN) - Preston, United Kingdom. Admission will be made on the basis of candidate's performance in group discussion test, followed by interview, to be conducted by the University department.

Interested candidates may obtain the prescribed application form by hand from the Office of the Coordinator, Global Understanding Course, School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, University of Jammu, Jammu, against cash / crossed bank draft for Rs 200 drawn in favour of the Coordinator, Global Understanding Course, University of Jammu, Jammu, payable at Jammu. The duly filled in and completed application form, along with all requisite enclosure documents (details given on the website: http://www.jammuuniversity.in/), should be submitted latest by August 23, 2012.
