Hazratbal: University of Kashmir, Srinagar, has extended the last date for submission of online application form including hard copy for MBA (Master of Business Administration) / MFC (Master of Finance & Control) / IMBA (Integrated MBA) admission 2012, till June 29, 2012. Earlier, the last date of form submission for MBA / MFC course was June 20, 2012 and IMBA programme was June 26, 2012.
As per the admission notification issued by the University, for admission into MBA / MFC, candidates will be short-listed on the basis of AIMA-MAT / IIM-CAT score and called for Group Discussion (GD) / Personal Interview (PI). However, admission into IMBA will be made on the basis of candidates' academic merit and performance in the UGAT (Under Graduate Aptitude Test), GD and PI, to be conducted by the University.
Candidates may obtain the prospectus from the offices of The Business School and Department of Business and Financial Studies on cash payment of Rs 250. However, they have to apply online by visiting the official website of the University: http://www.kashmiruniversity.net/. After successfully submitting the online application form, one must take a printout of the same. The application fee is Rs 300 with additional Rs 10 as Bank charges, which is to be paid through the online Pay-in-Slip (downloadable from the website) at any of the branches of J&K Bank across India.
Printout / hardcopy of the submitted application form should be sent or submitted in person along with all requisite enclosures (list given on the website) to the following addresses, latest by June 29, 2012.
