Karnataka Examination Authority, Bangalore, Karnataka, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into (One - year) Diploma in Engineering / Non - Engineering Programme, to be offered in the ensuing session 2012. The programme will be offered in the below mentioned streams at government and aided polytechnics of Karnataka state. Admission will be made through “Centralized Counseling” process, to be conducted at Karnataka Education Authority, 18th Cross, Malleshwaram, Bangalore, Karnataka - 560 012.
Note: Only Karnataka and Horanadu / Gadinadu Kannadigas residents are eligible to apply.
Diploma in Engineering Programme Streams:

- Sound Recording & Cinematography
Diploma in Non-Engineering Programme Streams:

How to Apply
Interested candidates may obtain the application form and information brochure from any of the Government Polytechnics / Document Verification Centers (list of name along with respective addresses given on the official website of KEA: http://kea.kar.nic.in/) from May 25, 2012 onwards. In addition, candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs 100 (Rs 50 for SC / ST candidates) in favor of The Executive Director, Karnataka Examinations Authority, Bangalore”, bearing A/C No- 64097386381 through “Bank Challan”. Applicants can download the Bank Challan from the official website of KEA and deposit the fee as per above at any branch of State Bank of Mysore across India.
The duly filled-in application form complete in all respect along with all requisite documents (as given in the prospectus) should be submitted to any of the Government Polytechnics / Document Verification Centres on or before June 5, 2012 (up to 5.00 pm).
