Interested candidates are required to download the prescribed application form from the University’s official website: http://www.manipal.edu/. The direct link to download the same is: http://www.manipal.edu/Admissions/IndianAdmissions/Documents/Application-2012.pdf. One must write the group code (i.e. 63) and course code (i.e. 863) in the application form. The application fee is Rs 500 which is to be paid in the form of DD drawn in favour of 'Manipal University' payable at Manipal/Udupi. The duly filled in and completed application form, along with attested copies of the marks cards of qualifying examinations and DD, should be sent to Admissions Office, Manipal University, Manipal – 576104, latest by December 24, 2012.
