Candidates are required to submit the following documents along with the application form:
- Certified copies of academic record - Certificate and Mark sheet of Class XII, Graduation and Post Graduation (if held).
- Professional records or Experience certificates
- Statement of Purpose for doing this course (in about 200 to 250 words)
- One passport size photo fixed on the application form
