Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT), Allahabad, has issued the notification for admission into M Tech (Master of Technology) programme in Full Time Stipendiary / Sponsored / Part-Time modes, to be offered in the ensuing academic session 2012-13. Admission to M Tech (Full Time Stipendiary) will be made on the basis of candidates' performance in the CCMT-2012, to be conducted by the Institute. However, for M Tech (Sponsored / Part-Time), the names of short-listed candidates will be displayed on the Institute website on June 5, 2012 with the details of written examination / interview to be conducted by the Admission Cell / Examination Cell in association with respective departments. Interested candidates can apply as per the following guidelines:
For M Tech (Full Time, Stipendiary): As decided in NIT Council, M Tech admission for all National Institute of Technologies will be conducted by centralized admission procedure. The centralized counseling for M Tech admissions 2012 (CCMT 2012) for candidates possessing GATE score (2011 or 2012) to all National Institutes of Technology (NITs) will be conducted by inviting online application through the website: http://ccmt2012.mnit.ac.in. Through a single application, a candidate can apply for as many institutes / programmes as he / she wants to. Applicant could check her/his eligibility for various programs on the website. For M Tech (Part Time and Sponsored): Candidates are required to download the prescribed application form from the Institute’s official website: http://mnnit.ac.in/. The application fee is Rs 1000 (Rs 500 for SC / ST candidates), which should be paid in the form of DD drawn in favor of Director, MNNIT payable at Allahabad. The duly filled in and completed application form, along with requisite enclosure documents, should be sent to the below mentioned address, latest by May 25, 2012 (up to 05.30 pm).
