How to Apply
Interested candidates may obtain the application form and information brochure either in person or by post from the Registrar, Mother Theresa Post-Graduate & Research Institute of Health Sciences, Indira Nagar, Gorimedu, Puducherry - 605 006, on payment of Rs 750 (Rs 350 for SC / ST candidates on furnishing the requisite caste certificate) by crossed DD drawn in any nationalized Bank on or after July 18, 2012. The DD should be drawn in favour of The Dean, Mother Theresa Post Graduate & Research Institute of Health Sciences, Puducherry, payable at Puducherry. If the applicant wants to receive the application form and information brochure by post, a self addressed envelope of size 30 x 12 cms, affixed with postage stamp for Rs 40, should also be enclosed with the requisition along with the required payment by DD from any nationalized bank.
However, prescribed application forms can also be downloaded (from the Institute’s official website: http://mtihs.puducherry.gov.in/) and submitted along with crossed DD for the said amount drawn in favour of the Dean, Mother Theresa Post Graduate & Research Institute of Health Sciences payable at Puducherry. The duly filled in applications along with all necessary / requisite enclosures to The Dean, Mother Theresa Post Graduate & Research Institute of Health Sciences, Indira Nagar, Gorimedu, Puducherry - 605006, latest by August 10, 2012 (before 5.00 pm).
