How to Apply
Interested candidates may obtain the prescribed application form from the Office of the COE, NOU. One can also download the same from the University’s official website: http://www.nou.nic.in/. The direct link to download the application form is: http://www.nou.nic.in/phd.pdf. The application fee is Rs 1000 which is to be paid in the form of Bank Draft drawn in favour of the Comptroller of Finance, North Orissa University, Baripada, payable at any nationalized Bank, Baripada. The duly filled in and completed application form along with all requisite documents and bank draft should be submitted to the office of the Controller of Examinations, NOU, either by the Registered Post or by hand, latest by November 15, 2012.
