Osmania University, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into Master of Technology (M Tech) Part time Postgraduate (PTPG) programme in the below mentioned streams, to be offered at the University’s College of Technology in the ensuing session 2012. Admission will be made on the basis of merit obtained in entrance test, followed by counseling, to be conducted by the University on the following date.
M Tech Programme Streams:
- Chemical Engineering (Plant Design)
- Food Technology( Food Processing Technology)
- Textile Technology (Apparel Technology)
Date of Exam
Entrance test is scheduled to be held on August 11, 2012 (at 11.00 am)
Counseling of selected candidates will be conducted on August 18, 2012

How to Apply
Interested candidates may download the application form from the official website of the University: http://www.osmania.ac.in/. In addition, one has to pay an application fee of Rs 1000 in the form of Demand Draft (DD) drawn on any nationalized bank in favor of “Principal, University College of Technology”, payable at Hyderabad.
The duly filled-in hard copy of the downloaded form complete in all respect along with the DD (as mentioned above) and all requisite documents (list given on the website) should be submitted (in person) or sent (by post) to the Principal, University College of Technology, Osmania University, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh- 500 007, on or before July 30, 2012 (up to 5.00 pm).
The envelope containing the application form must be super scribed as Application for Part Time PG Admission (along with the name of programme) Course 2012-2013”. For further information regarding admission, eligibility criteria and application procedure, one can visit the abovementioned website of the University.
Note: One has to submit separate application form along with the prescribed application fee in the form of DD (as mentioned above) for each stream.
