Interested candidates are required to download the prescribed application form from the University’s official website: http://www.sls.pdpu.ac.in/. The direct link to download the same is: http://www.sls.pdpu.ac.in/admissions/BA%20Admission%20Form_2012_18_May.pdf. The application fee is Rs 1200 which is to be paid in the form of DD drawn in favour of Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University payable at Ahmedabad. One must mention his / her name, contact number and address on the back of DD. The duly filled in and completed application form along with DD and other requisite enclosures, should be sent to the School of Liberal Studies, PDPU, latest by June 18, 2012.
