Interested candidates may obtain the prospectus-cum application form from the institute’s counter in-person on cash payment of Rs 500 (Rs 250 for SC / ST / PH candidates). In addition, one can get the same by sending an application for obtaining the application form along with a Demand Draft of requisite amount (as per above) to: The Chairman, Admission Committee, Pt. The DD must be drawn in favor of Director, Pt Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Institute for the Physically Handicapped, payable at New Delhi. The duly filled-in application form or printout of the downloaded form along with all requisite documents (list given on the website) should be sent to: the Chairman, Admission Committee, Pt.
