St. Xavier’s College Ranchi, Jharkhand, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into the below mentioned undergraduate (UG) programmes, to be offered in the ensuing session 2012. Selection is to be made on the basis of entrance test, to be conducted by the institute.

How to Apply
Interested candidates may apply online by filling the application form made available on the official website of the Institute: http://www.sxcran.org/. An application fee of Rs 500 is to be paid through bank “Challan” made available on the website. One has to take a printout of the bank “Challan” (comprising of Candidate’s copy, Bank’s copy and Institute’s copy) and pay the prescribed fee by using it at any of the branch of Union Bank of India in the state of Jharkhand only.
After paying the application fee, the bank will provide a “Transaction Id” which should be used at the time of online application. After submitting the application form online, one must take a printout of Admit Card, Acknowledgement Card and filled up Application Form for future correspondence. In addition, candidates have to send or submit (personally) their documents (list given on the website) to the concerned department of St Xavier’s College, Ranchi. For further information regarding admission, eligibility criteria and application procedure, one can visit the aforementioned website of the Institute.
Note: After paying the application fee, candidates will have to wait for at least four hours in order to activate their “Transaction Id”.
