Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International School of Textiles & Management, also known as SVPITM, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into the below mentioned two year (full-time) programmes in management studies, to be offered in the ensuing session 2012. The programmes being offered by the institute are duly approved by Ministry of Textiles, Government of India. SVPITM short-lists candidates on the basis of IIM-CAT / XLRI-XAT / AIMA-MAT / JCCAT / TANCET scores and called for Group Discussion (GD) / Personal Interview (PI). Final selection will be made on the basis of candidates’ performance in GD / PI.

Note: Those who have not qualified any of the abovementioned entrance exams will have to appear in SVPISTM Entrance exam, to be conducted by the institute.

How to Apply
Interested candidates may obtain the application form physically from the office of the Director, SVP International School of Textiles & Management, by paying an application fee of Rs 400 (Rs 300 for SC/ST candidates) in cash for PGDM programme. However, one has to pay Rs 500 (Rs 400 for SC / ST candidates) for MBA Programme.
The same can be procured through post by sending a requisition along with a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs 450 (Rs 350 for SC / ST candidates) for PGDM programme and Rs 550 (Rs 450 for SC / ST candidates) for MBA programme. The DD should be drawn on any nationalized bank in favor of Director, “SVP International School of Textiles & Management”, payable at Coimbatore. In addition, candidates can also download the application form the official website of the institute: http://www.svpitm.ac.in/
The duly filled in application form or hard copy of downloaded form (whichever is applicable) complete in all respect along with DD of prescribed amount (in case of downloaded application form) should be submitted latest by July 18, 2012. One has to attach the DD of requisite amount (as mentioned above) along with the downloaded form.
